We intend to distinguish the characteristics and singularities of the appellation, or Demarcation of Controlled Origin (DOC) Colares, but also to demonstrate the potential of the remaining places inside the Region, without the aptitude for the DOC. All of this supported on its intrinsic features, valued by difference and not by hierarchy.
